Fresen Schrage Win January Sectional

Congratulations to RJ Fresen and Stephanie Schrage for winning the Boys 12 and Girls 14 ETA Sectional Closed Championship respectively. RJ Fresen won the Boys 12 Sectional and Steph Schrage won the Girls 14s Level 1 Sectional at West Point, NY.

This tournament drew the highest level juniors from NY, NJ, and Conn. It was held over two weekends and over 100 juniors competed in each age division.We also would like to congratulate our other juniors who also performed so well.

Satish Kumar reached the Semifinals of the Boys 12s in NY and Pranav Krishnan reached the Quarterfinals of the same tournament. Sabrina Faybyshev reached the semifinals of the Girls 14s in West point, NY.

In other age divisions, Andrea Cerdan reached the Quarterfinals at the Girls 12s sectional closed championships in Huntington, NY and Jonathan Carcione finished 5th in the boys 18s in New York. Michael Chen won 2 rounds in the Boys 16s at Glenn Cove, NY and Sarthak Mohanty, Jonathan Holtzman, and Joshua Marchalik all made the main draw of competition.
